Plexwood composes orders carefully, but should you still have specific questions with regard to an order, please contact us, we can be reached by phone or e-mail Monday to Friday, from 09.00 - 17.00 hours CET, via our customer service
If, after checking them and despite all carefulness, it appears the goods delivered are not in harmony with what you could expect, please contact us as soon as possible, in consultation with you we can either repair or replace the goods free of charge on the understanding that the rejected goods are sent back
Always check the delivered goods before processing, at the very least within 2 business days after receipt of the delivery
Processed goods are considered to be accepted
The Plexwood Services bv General Terms are applicable to all deliveries to the client, inclusive of the corresponding service and guarantee provision
