When you are in The Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg: Place your order in writing by e-mail or letter
When placing an order be sure to include the following information: Your company’s complete invoice address and (if different) delivery address and a copy of your company’s Chamber of Commerce (with COC number) excerpt, no older than 3 months
For Belgium and Luxembourg: Include your company’s VAT number when placing an order, otherwise 21% Dutch VAT needs to be charged
