Panel one-sided is a multifunctional product that can particularly be used for wall cladding, ceiling and furniture (with a Plexwood veneer of 2.5 mm, filled, sanded 80-grit) or staircase and podium (with a Plexwood veneer of 4.5 mm, filled, sanded 80-grit)

What kind of substrates are available for Panel one-sided?

Mdf or plywood low-formaldehyde E1 / mixed sources PEFC/FSC, mdf or plywood TSCA compliant or mdf zero-added formaldehyde, mdf or plywood fire retardant (Euroclass B), mdf moisture resistant V313, colour-stained mdf (black, brown, yellow, orange, red, purple, green, blue or grey), door- and sandwich panels, lightweight and maritime panels, others upon request


What is the production time?

Upon request, in general about 3 - 4 weeks, depending on volume and specifications


Can Panel one-sided be used for stairs?

Panel one-sided can also be used for covering stairs, whether this is the right product for staircases depends on the type of staircase, please contact us for more information


How can Panel one-sided be fixated to a wall?

Fix Panel one-sided onto a batten framework. Install wooden battens in an appropriate manner, with a distance between each batten of at most 400 x 400 or 400 x 600 mm. Apply construction glue to batten framework, place Plexwood product into glue, and secure using, for example, t-brads or mini-brads with small heads. Always ensure that seams (where 2 parts connect) are joined securely on a shared batten, on all sides


Can Panel one-sided be used for making doors?

For door constructions Panel two-sided is recommended. Note that the size of a door should be in proportion to the thickness


Is Panel one-sided with a backing veneer sufficient balance to use for doors?

For doors you need a stable build-up that can only be achieved with the same veneer on both sides, therefore, Panel two-sided is recommended for doors (both kitchen cabinet size and interior doors)


Is Panel one-sided also available in geometric patterns?

Depending on the geometric pattern chosen, Geometric is available as Plank, Tile, and Panel one-sided
